EPIC Youth Writers is hosting our first open mic on Wednesday, September 21 at Cafe Louvre from 6-7:30 PM. Interested in sharing something? Sign up to read at the event. Meet Keelin, EPIC's Volunteer Student Intern!
Keelin is EPIC's Volunteer Student Intern and a senior at Meadowdale High School. In her spare time, she is usually writing poetry, reading, taking photos, or finding some new hobby to satisfy her many interests. Her favorite book genres are fantasy and historical fiction, with a couple of favorites being The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern and The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends and tries to be outside as much as possible. In the future, she would love to pursue writing in some form and really make a positive difference, whatever that may be. Keelin also hopes to travel a lot in the future to learn more about different cultures and see beautiful places around the world
