THE WRITER'S CRAFT
10:00am-noon, Thursday mornings (beginning Sept. 3, 2020) - Group currently meets via Zoom.

This Thursday morning writing group is designed for writers and aspiring writers of all levels of experience. MORNING PAGES - Mondays from 9 to 10AM
​All writers welcome to 30 minutes of quiet writing time. We'll spend 30 minutes writing, and 30 minutes sharing (for those who wish to). Alison Eden leads this group on Mondays from 9:00 to 10:00AM. For more information and Zoom access info, contact Alison at alieden000@gmail.com.

Calling all poets! All are welcome! At the end of each gathering, the group chooses a word prompt, and group members have a month to create and share their poems in a non-threatening atmosphere based on the prompt.

MEMOIR WRITING
6:00-8:00pm, Third Wednesday of the month.

Everyone has a story to tell, whether we’re well known or not. Even if you’ve never made an amazing scientific discovery or starred in a Hollywood film, some segment of your life is worthy of sharing. Whether you want to craft a legacy memoir or a book for publication, this workshop will delve inside the world of crafting memoir. Each month we will meet and discuss a chapter from Bill Roorbach’s WRITING LIFE STORIES Revised 2nd edition (ISBN-13-978-1582975276, or available on kindle, c2008.) and do a writing exercise. 

TUESDAY EVENING WRITERS
6:00-8:00pm, First & Third Tuesdays of the Month

Receiving feedback on your writing is an important part of the writing process. Join this diverse group of writers to orally read your work and receive constructive feedback. The goal is to motivate writers to keep writing and get better at it.
